Love you Kathryn and your classes as well as you soft, kind messages during the class. At other yoga places it was in and out, no connection with teachers or those in class. At Body Yoga I feel like I'm at home far away from home. Everyone is kind, loving and giving. Love Brian too, Melissa, Jen, Jessica. Everyone takes time to get to know you.
