All the instructors are very knowledgeable, each class is better than the last, and the people at the studio are very welcoming. Kathryn, the owner, is wonderful and amazing. During COVID-19 she did everything possible to provide classes on zoom and to include everyone who wanted classes. I love Body Yoga!
