• Vanessa provides excellent customer service and is always pleasant. She makes certain the experience is calming by providing aromatherapy candles and a movie to distract the client. She repeatedly states "excuse me" while she's providing the service as if she's invading ones' privacy. I think it's perfectly okay, and yet very respectful and admirable of her.
