• The customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived. My appointment time was 6:30 PM and arrived around 6:15 PM and I only waited maybe two minutes before Rrnata came up front and took me to the back. I told her it was my first time getting a Brazilian Wax. She explained to me what she was doing and made me feel at ease and comfortable. She did an excellent job because I thought it was going to be a bad experience. I’m glad that it was not!! Thank you to all the staff at Body Wax Studio!!
