Studio well maintained, instructor very attentive and motivating/challenging.
I love the infrared heat. I love the MUSIC - it is a life saver for me in the classes. The teachers are the best and are chill, thank God.
Sedra was an attentive and upbeat instructor. The class moved pretty quickly, but she always made sure to demonstrate proper form so everybody could follow along.
