Teacher had great energy, was knowledgeable and gave good pointers, played good music and provided a great work out!

I love body temp and the new renovations, my only comment is I wish the classes started and ended on time. It takes away from the peacefulness of yoga practice to be worrying about start and end time. Thank you!
