Great environment, clean studio, good prices and variety of classes
The new studio floor plan is elegant enabling a nearly effortless flow through from check-in to dressing to practice room. The main exercise room is always neat and the handsome and comfortable flooring is kept presentable with a special cleaning following each session. The knowledgeable instructors are courteous and conduct the classes with excellent pacing and competent dialogue allowing enough latitude to both the engage the novice and challenge the more advanced yogis.
I enjoyed the difficulty level (that you can customized based on where you're at in your practice) of Jody's mat Pilates class and will be going twice a week from now on!

Really enjoyed the power class on Monday night. Challenging for the mind and body. I have also loved hot Pilates and sculpt at body temp!
