Chadd taught the “Founders “ class today and he was on point. This class is life changing if a person is consistent about doing all these postures. Chadd is knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. He adds his dry humor which keeps us entertained while in these intense postures. I would highly recommended this class to anyone whether in pain or not. Definitely a game changer for anyone.
