Awesome teacher and community
Chrysanthe’s Yin-yasa class is one of my favorites!!! Her sequences are challenging and smart. I also really appreciate that she offers advanced expressions (along with modifications appropriate for more novice yogis) in almost every posture. She also manages to make ab work fun? WILD.
