You do a great job with the classes. Variety...levels...hot...not so hot...some bikrim...some flow...candelight, etc. I like the instructors a lot too. The gal last night was great. I love Ruth and Chad too. All around nice energy. Thx!
Instructions are clear with directions , and most of the instructors are amazing teaching modified movements. As well as knowing hiw to modify if one has injuries. .I have always felt welcomed by all the Bodytemp.staff..
