I've been coming here for at least a year now and part of their Bespoke Medspa Membership. Can't recommend this place enough!

Skilled and attentive massage therapists, staff is super nice, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Recommend Dawn, Luz and Cindy for massages.

Overall whether you're looking for a deep tissue massage to relieve muscle tension or a relaxing Swedish massage to de-stress, BeSpoke has something for everyone.

I recently experienced a facial here, courtesy of a thoughtful Groupon gift from a friend! My esthetician, Janae, made an incredible first impression with her expertise and attentiveness. She took the time to understand my skincare concerns, ensuring a personalized facial experience.

As someone who doesn't do facials often, this convinced me to make it a regular part of my self-care routine. My skin felt so refreshed and glowing afterwards! I would totally come back to get more facials, but also would love to try their other services like massages and yoga.

The only slight challenge was locating the place, as it's tucked away inside an office building. However, once I found the address and suite number, it was smooth sailing from there.

This place has turned into a horrible business.

Recently, a member of my family had an appointment for a massage and they called him 40 minutes before the appointment to cancel the appointment, saying that they didn't have enough massage therapists. He was already on the way in to the appointment on the road. When he complained , they said 'since you complain about it, you cannot be a member here anymore' and they rescinded his membership! They didn't do anything at all to remedy the situation or offer to help in anyway and were total total jerks about the situation, which was 100%, entirely, their own fault to begin with.

Not a way to run a business: they create a problem entirely, and then don't resolve it, yet expect no complaints or backlash from the customer? Seriously?

Update: Kamoni's response below is super indicative of the type of customer no-service you will receive here. You've been warned! You can tell she has an attitude problem as she thinks the second a customer brings up an issue or even complains, that they are not being respectful. Seriously? Don't use 'respect' as some sort of excuse for your own lack of customer service... Further, if you sort the reviews by date, you can see clearly that ever since she became manager, only then did the reviews start being all mostly negative. It's quite clear that she is running this place in to the ground.

This is my go to massage therapy space since living in Harbor Bay for the past 30 years. I have been attending this place for massage therapy and other services that have and have not been disappointed. Overall, the staff is super nice and never gotten mad or frustrated of the pricing of Bespoke (formerly Body Techniques). As massage therapists come and go, this place often recruits really good therapists especially for deep tissue massage

Midori gives the best, most relaxing massages in the world. Her massages are always heavenly!

This place reallly knows how to ruin someone's day and bday by canceling an appointment the day off because they failed to update their their massage therapist was sick. Pretty disappointing.

I asked for extractions. At reception room, the reception was wonderful she mentioned about extractions, and I immediately said I wanted to have them and the girl who cleaned my face, but never did any extractions at all and I woke up because I went to sleep and she was done with my facial and never touched anything about my face for extractions. I'm furious. The receptionist was wonderful. But the aesthetician was horrible never extracted ANYTHING. When I left she gave me your card and water and "maybe for next time maybe a the micro abrasion". And the aesthetician heard when we were at the reception area. So seeing that she knew i wanted extractions... she just figured because I was sleeping. Horrible

Never go get a facial from this place. Its been almost a month from the fake facial and NOT ONE PERSON has contacted me, called me, emailed me... nothing. But that still emailing me for services. When I tried to UNSUBSCRIBE for their"email blasts" they don't even have a domain to unsubscribe. Meaning they don't care nor are a real business. Horrible!!!!

I've been coming here for several years and service was great up until the last few appointments. Very disappointed in the administration of the business, my appointment got cancelled the day of and they couldn't reschedule me with anyone else. I was able to get in last weekend but service was subpar. For $190 I expect a an exceptional massage, but it didn't meet expectations. That will be my last time going.

Excellent massage treatment focusing on my pain area. Highly recommend Dr. Sage for chiropractic and Serena for massages. Both will take good care of you!!

Sage is a wonderful chiropractor. She is skilled, has a warm bedside manner, is present and thorough. The drop table technique she uses is gentler than other types of manual adjustments I've received which works better for my chronic pain.
