• Welcoming and relaxing. I have social anxiety but went because someone cares enough about me to buy me a gift certificate so I made myself go and I'm glad I did. The therapist I saw has a nice personality and made me feel more comfortable than I expected. If you are questioning the experience take the time and go it's a guaranteed enjoyable experience.
