The reception staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was nervous for my Brazilian and the technician Monica was comforting and reassured me that it wouldn’t be bad. The treatment itself was quick and mostly painless - just felt a bit of heat and pinching sensations, which was to be expected. Ended up buying a package after the treatment.
