Technician was very thorough. However the last 2 or 3 sessions were not. Tech did not apply enough pressure or intensity. I will be sending an email to customer care.

The technician was thorough. She also chatted with me in regards a few other services I was interested in. I did end up purchasing 12 sessions of small area for my daughter and the lash tint for myself. The receptionist was also very goo. My only complaint is when I purchased the small area package I did it with the intention of a Christmas gift. There was nothing for me to give to my daughter as an actual present. I will make something up to wrap, but any kind of material to say there is an account or a gift with the locations even business card style would have been nice. Aside from that the staff are wonderful the service offering is a good mix!
