(North York location) The employees were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process of filling out the medical history form, receiving the consultation conversation, and receiving the treatment, I felt very comfortable and safe. My questions and preferences were acknowledged and met. The employee frequently asked about my comfort level and pain tolerance, adjusting where necessary. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an awesome first laser experience!
