The lady that helped me was nice and she isn't bad at all but was a bit quick in the procedure compared to all my previous sessions with others. It isn't the timing of the session but allowing the laser (tool) to move back and forth a bit slower as it was really fast, back and forth versus a steady pace. At one point it got too hot because the gel moved away from the skin. Other than that the receptionist was nice, the tech herself was nice and friendly.

because the staff is friendly, welcoming and make me feel important. the clinic is kept impeccable and I could see all disinfecting procedures taking place. I feel safe and pampered.
