It's a 9 so far. In the initial consultation the girl was a bit pushy to get me all signed up and take my money. Although I was going to sign up anyway I had to interrupt her a few times to slow her down to ask my questions before payment. It would also be nice for a consultant who knows a client who's never done it before to be reassured it's not so scary etc. lastly, tell the consumer BEFORE they pay all sessions upfront that it's non refundable - that info only comes through after the payment on the receipt. A bit sneaky.
