Lana is a true professional when it comes to dealing with clients. I was nervous but she put me at ease and I knew i was in excellent hands and she was extremely knowledgeable which gave me confidence that she would carry out my treatment safely and felt confident that my result from treatment would be successful. Her caring bedside manner was exceptional she regularly checked to make sure i felt comfortable and was ok during the course of my treatment. She even made me giggle when i felt nervous and distracted me with conversation when the treatment felt slighty uncomfortable so i was able to get through it far easier than what I expected. I would definitely revisit this clinic for further treatments with Lana. Over all a very positive first experience at this clinic

Lana listened to my concerns, was meiticulous in marking the area for treatment, checked it with me and also did a good job on execution of the treatment. She made sure I was comfortable (gave me a pillow) and checked I was ok part way through too, which was nice. Nice to be offered water afterwards. Also it hurt a little less than last time and I didn't bruise quite so badly (still bruised though!)
