All the staff are friendly and most importantly Professional, Lana gave me the confidence to go ahead and try the treatment, the treatment experience was so good, I was a bit anxious but again Lana reassured me and explained what would be happening step by step abs she was spot on. I was also allowed to use my LED facial mask and even fell asleep towards the end of the treatment. Post care was thoroughly explained. I’m very satisfied with the experience, it’s not a tick and flick customer service you sometimes get in other places.
