Because the coaches at BSS never give up on their members. Ive been attending for over 5 years, yet they still look after me and help me with my form and reach my goals
Pt's were great and helped adapt workouts to meet my needs. As a newbie focus is getting my form right first and then building from there. They really focus on each individual participant in every class to help each person meet their goals.
