It was my first time taking the class and the instructor was patient, helpful and encouraging. She made it easier for me not to give up.

I had a livingsocial voucher, it was easier and faster to redeem than I've experienced elsewhere. The desk staff was helpful and instructive, and came to find me when they realized they'd told me the wrong studio for my class. The class was instructive and well paced for an absolute beginner. The only minor downsides was that I had a lot of trouble hearing the instructor with the music during the warmup (I ended up in the back, I did very much like the music selection.)
