I was in town for work, so I decided to take an intro to hoop class with Dominic as my hometown doesn’t have a ton of options for learning aerial arts. He made me feel so welcome. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable about stretching properly and conditioning to ensure students are activating all of the proper muscles. I’m a level 3/4 poler, so I was really impressed with how he ran his class. Will absolutely come back next time I’m in town.
