Donna is a great! She is a charismatic instructor who can break down the moves or adjust them to fit everyone's unique styles or their level of proficiency. I really get a great vibe from the people that attend B&P in that everyone is supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental.

I had Magnus Labbe for one class and one private; I drove 7 hours both ways to visit Body & Pole and was not disappointed! Magnus was an amazing instructor, I will be back soon to learn more! He had a great warmup that was the perfect mixture of strength and flexibility, and his class was very structured and fun. The private was even better with great vocal cues. He made me feel so comfortable trying tricks that have been touch and go for me. Thank you for the awesome experience!
