There are excellent COVID protocols; this is one of the few places where a non-vaccinated person can feel safe while exercising. In addition, there is superior instruction from the top instructors in the industry.

Daniel the instructor was patient and fun and energetic. Remembering steps and hand eye coordination are not my strong suit. The patience and chill vibes makes me want to continue even if it's a hard 1st try! Also all the staff was friendly and welcoming!
