Roz is a phenomenal teacher and an icon. I am pretty awkward in my body, so I signed up for this class to push myself out of my comfort zone. The class was challenging, but Roz explained things so clearly, while keeping the energy sexy and fun, that I was surprised how quickly I was able to get into it. Also the class is the perfect size for some anonymity but also personal attention. So much fun! Far surpassed my expectations.
