Everyone was so welcoming for it being our first time at Body & Pole! The space is so lovely and then starting the class you can tell the instructors know so much and are so skilled so you feel like you will really learn! And the experience of being in the air and doing different shapes and positions felt so freeing! It definitely reminded me why I needed to get back in the air!!
