I have been wanting to get into aerial arts for years but my anxiety, self doubt, and hesitation took over for years. Once I found out about Body and Pole on Instagram I still lingered with self doubt and nervousness but still captivated by the art. So one day I walked in the city and realized I was in the street where the facility was located. I walked by it and left and went home and signed up for classes. I went the following week super nervous and the girl at the front desk was sooooooooo charismatic and reassuring of how thankful she was for me trying Body and Pole out. She explained everything to me and I felt great and anticipated my class. The class was awesome and Hannah was so hands on and welcoming. I knew my intuition was directing me to follow a goal that I had on the back burner for years and I’m happy I listened. Can’t wait to keep taking classes and seeing how far I can take myself in this art .

I really liked the fact that the classes are leveled. Meaning I was attending a beginners class and the moves we learned was sexy but at the same time not very difficult. I'm planning to continue attending and looking forward to moving to the next levels and I'm hoping the choreography continues to match the levels of each class.
