B&P is the absolute BEST ! All the instructors are amazing and are well versed in every apparatuses that they teach. Breanna and Kayla are the absolute best ! Every time I come back to NY to visit I have to stop in for a class.

Body and Pole offers such an incredible array of diverse high caliber classes all centered around building pole, aerial and hoop skills. There is something for everyone no matter what kinds of individual strengths and personal goals each student has. All of the instructors that I have encountered are positive and encouraging in addition to giving their own unique style and perspective to class. What may seem impossible and unattainable is actually tangibly possible and attainable.
