Class was very invigorating. I love art and acrobatic activity, it’s a passion of mines and taking this class was apart of my self love challenge where I no longer suppress my desires. The instructors were energetic, friendly and delivered a keen instruction that allowed me to follow along effectively without confusion. Their energy level was intense and aura was so light and loving. It was a great experience.
