My friend recommended this place to me and I've seen her post videos about it so I wanted to try it. As soon as I walk in I was greeted by really nice people and when I went take the class the instructor was really nice and made the class fun. I also liked how clean and organized the place was and overall I had a good time.

Donna is an amazing instructor who's able to work with all body types. Came back after an injury and she made sure that she corrected my form in a safe non judgmental way. She's a great teacher.
