I absolutely loved my experience at the Flexibility Class with Donna. And by LOVED, I mean HATED! (But in the best way possible!) It was so challenging, but Donna was awesome. I pushed myself, overcame my doubts, and felt so very proud of myself afterward. I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend.

I would suggest higher ceilings for silks
