The instructor, Dominic, was AMAZING! Great, positive energy and patient with varying levels of experience in the class. I enjoyed that there were some things I could easily do and other things that I’ll need to keep working on.

I think the classes are great. I wish they were 15 minutes longer. And I'd like the thicker poles to be done away with! I hate having to get on one of those!
