Love the consistency between teachers and classes but there's still room for teachers to incorporate their own style or specific needs for their class. I love that the teachers do an individual check in at beginning of class- it helps create a feeling of safety and I feel seen. Many other reasons as well

Great teachers, staff, and facility. Love the range of classes. Only thing keeping it from being a ten is the front desk used to suggest the equipment you should rent for class or inquire if we needed any rentals. I know what I need each class, so I am personally not effected. But for first timers in class it can be detrimental. I've been in classes where there are interruptions because new students are advised by their instructors to go back and get knee pads or mats.
