The class was just the right pace, our instructor explained everything wonderfully and the energy of the class was perfect!

I had lots of fun in my first first intro class. My instructor was really good at demonstrating different movements and explaining terms related to pole. Although this was my very first time trying pole, I left the class feeling good and confident about myself. I'm looking forward to my second class. I do wish that there were more poles available in the dance studio as it would allow each person more time on the pole instead of switching back and forth with a partner.
