I had been wanting to take a pole class for a looong time and finally felt comfortable going to a studio class for the first time since the pandemic began - and I couldn't have chosen a better first class back. Michelle was AMAZING, broke everything down very clearly, had an upbeat and welcoming energy, and just overall made me feel amazing and made me feel safe to connect with my body. The studio itself was also lovely, the music and lighting of the class created a beautiful experience, and the other students were friendly and encouraging.
