It was really great but it would be even better not to have to share the poles because besides the warm up and the cool down, I had less thanhour actually on the pole for 45$US. Donna my coach was really great!

Fran is such an amazing instructor. She gave clear instruction and great tips that made all the difference. Fran also accommodated to folks on all levels, providing modifications depending on your skill level. Time flew by in her class, it was so much fun!
