The intro class offered important foundational basics of pole dance and encouraged us to use what we learned on our own. I like this approach because right from the beginning you are taught how to use what you know and to focus on feeling the music. Some other studios teach you to follow the instructor's choreography, so by the time it is time to freestyle, you have no idea what to do. Also, what I loved about today's intro class is everything is so well and throughly explained and there is constant feedback on everything. I love it. I feel like I can advance much faster here as a pole dancerKata G.

super friendly teacher and comfortable environment. Class was a bit short though; the actual time to practice could have been moreamina J.

I thought Dey did I great job fostering a positive environment. The pace of the class I think was really good, both for someone with less and more experience. And it was a lot of fun!Lukas W.

The instructor was engaging, it was fun & entertaining. You got a workout, stretched before & after. I do think it would be awesome if you had knee pads or informed your customers/clients to bring their own if needed.Jasmine S.
