I thought Dey did I great job fostering a positive environment. The pace of the class I think was really good, both for someone with less and more experience. And it was a lot of fun!

The instructor was engaging, it was fun & entertaining. You got a workout, stretched before & after. I do think it would be awesome if you had knee pads or informed your customers/clients to bring their own if needed.

Rachel was a great wonderful instructor that made me feel so welcomed and she explained everything thoroughly and would repeat demonstrations and explanations as needed. Although the class was 8, she was able to individualize the experience ❤️
