I have taken over 65 classes w/ body n pole. I love the instructors, the classical style learning meaning choreography, technique and proper form is taught. Some instructors and I are a very good fit because of their style of teaching. Daniel Darling in SPINNY pole is awesome. He is big on proper form so that we don't hurt ourselves. All the instructors are great. No school compares to body n pole
