I'm always a little nervous to go to new places (even thought I've come to boast and pole twice before I still get nervous! )but the instructor made me feel so welcome. The class had a great warmup that pertained to what we were learning and all around great vibes. I loved the atmosphere I felt so welcome and I learned such cool Combos i would have never tried on my own.

The teacher Schuyler had very enjoyable and invigorating warm ups, as well as keeping the atmosphere fun! She did a great job explaining the moves and breaking it down if we needed more help. I appreciated her coming around to view everyone doing the more difficult moves and provide one-on-one help or tips!
