• All my experiences with Body Mechanics have been excellent. The staff is always efficient and professional, and the therapists are always clear in their communication and sensitive to injuries and other physical needs/preferences. I would gladly recommend massages here to anyone in need of massage therapy, especially if that person has spinal issues similar to my own.

• Sarah really worked on the right areas that were giving me discomfort. She gave me tips on how to stretch out areas that needed to be stretched and after the massage my body just felt very light and loose which was a goal of mine.
