• I was ill for 6 weeks over Christmas with a mystery ailment that caused low back pain, extreme fatigue and loss of appetite. Had thousands of dollars worth of imaging and blood tests which failed to diagnose the cause. I did a 30 minute sauna, and whatever I had, it was gone when I came out! Highly recommend to everyone.
