• I had to take some time off from BL recently and I could feel the difference both emotionally and physically. Coming back, it felt like home! So many friends hugging me welcoming me back! A huge smile on Claudia's face when I walked in the door. A great yin class with Shaun where I could focus on myself. And an overall sense of recommitting to me being my priority. I am so happy to be back!
