• Deb is a rockstar! I’ve never felt so uplifted during a workout, as someone who is definitely beginner level and not very strong. The ladies in the class personally reached out to tell me I did a good job when class was over, which is an experience I never would have dreamed of. I couldn’t recommend more.

• I have been going to BL for 20+ years. I love the staff and the friends I have made from BL. It has a variety of workouts and yoga for anyone. They also offer so many great workshops to make it fun and knowledgeable for all. Everyone is very friendly and always welcoming. I'm so glad I have something like this in our community. Very grateful for BL. 🩷✌️🧘🏼‍♀️
