• 1) I can't say enough praise for the environment and community concept BL presents. 2) as I am going through my years I have found a love for strength training with weights and I appreciate the classes BL offers 3) the class I recently attended was weight training with Deb. I find Deb to be amazingly motivating - voicing good instructions. Her classes are some of my favorite....
