• Because after years of having a bad back and seeing multiple drs and hospitals, it only took 2 yoga better backs sessions to do what no doctor, drugs, injections, physical therapy or hospital can do as I straightened myself out under your care and guidance. Not only that, I healed in an environment the enveloped me in peace, love and tranquility.

• good environment, good energy ! Right size classes. Just wish more faster yoga classes in early morning like 7, or 7:30, 45 or 8 am .
