• Always have a great experience... Jenna has improved on making her classes more challenging! Her flows were good, however, she put us in a restorative pose after main flow for quite a while, then had us all meet in child's pose for a good while (a minute?) then camels which was good, and then pigeon, which was good, but was too much cooling down in between for me...
