• I have had a membership on n off since 2000. I like it that the staff is friendly n knows my name. They are always upbeat. It is a welcoming place where friends or soon to be friends gather. Steve's yoga therapy class has eased by pain n given me the ability to wear 3 inch heels again. I love that class, the stretching as well as the camaraderie in the group. Happy holidays Sylvia
