• Initial contact I spoke with Amy and she was very helpful because I had never participated in a yoga class before. And, I was able to jump into yin yoga class last night with Jen very welcoming. The poses were easy to follow Jen was amazing with her knowledge and warmth and her energy that just filled the room and everyone in the class was just the same positive energy very helpful understanding kind. It was great best $59 I've spent
