• After much urging, my mother-in-law agreed to join me for the Tuesday yin yoga class. This was her first yoga class at Body Language and she was a bit apprehensive. Shawn was very patient with her, suggested modifications and put her at ease. She now wants to join me on Tuesdays for the Better Backs/Yin classes! ❤️
